"Never Quit!"

was literally Dr. W. euGene Scott's signature phrase to me when he signed* my menu at the $5000.00 a plate "A Testimony to a Teacher" dinner held at the historic Los Angeles Chasen's Restaurant in 1985. 

*mug also features the autographs of "Mom and Pop" Scott.

What's on the mug?
I used a picture taken of Dr. Scott and me that evening, and the message of "JESUS SAVES" that Doc so brilliantly preached and resurrected to glow throughout the skyline of downtown Los Angles, CA., and married them to make this one of a kind signature keepsake of my Pastor, teacher, mentor and domata.

I just called him "Doc" (and SIR, a lot!).

I included and arraigned long ago stowed away memorabilia from that night to replicate a place setting that pales in comparison to the presentation we were met with, but, it gives you an idea how the attendee would be greeted at their designated spot. I also included frames of each side of the menu created for the event. The old timers will recognize the autographs of some present that evening.

I also included six "Dr. Scott" songs/videos in the order that I think will take those who knew Doc on a journey of their own nostalgia about God's Angry Man.
